Warabi Macadamia Salad

- 2 cups warabi, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup tomatoes, cut in quarters
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped coarsely
- 2 T macadamia oil
- 2 T sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head manoa or butter lettuce
Place cut warabi pieces into boiling water for two minutes and drain. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together, adding the warabi last. Chill for two to three hours or longer. Line a bowl with butter Lettuce and carefully arrange salad. Serves 4.
