Tropic Isle Brownies

• 1 package (1 pound ½ ounce) walnut brownie mix
• 1 egg
• Confectioners’ sugar
• 1 can (8¾ ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
• 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix all ingredients except confectioners’ sugar.

Spread mixture in prepared pan. Bake 35 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar over top; cut into 2 x 1-inch bars. Makes 4 dozen.
