Tori No Goma Yaki (Sesame Chicken)

  • 4 pieces breast of chicken
  • 1½ tablespoons shoyu
  • 6 tablespoons sake
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white sesame seed
  • Dash of gourmet powder
  • Wedge of lemon or lime

Toast sesame seed over low heat and chop slightly.

Mix shoyu, sake, vinegar, sesame seed, and gourmet powder to make sauce. Marinate chicken in sauce for 20 minutes.

Broil chicken until done, turning once and basting with sauce two to three times while broiling.

Serve with or without lemon or lime juice.
