Tiny Muffins

George Y. Escalona, Class of 1964

Combine:

• 2 cups Bisquick
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Cream and add to above:

• 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 1 3-oz cream cheese

Add:

• 2/3 cup milk
• 1 egg, slightly beaten

Fill greased tiny muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

NOTE: For TINY BANANA MUFFINS, omit milk and add 1 cup mashed bananas and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
