Sushi Rice
- 6 c. rice, uncooked
- 6 c. water
Sauce:
- 1/3 c. Japanese vinegar
- 1/3 c. white vinegar
- 1 1/3 c. white sugar
- 4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Ajinomoto
- Wash and cook rice as usual.
- When rice is done, place in pan to mix.
- Sprinkle some salt over the rice.
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
- Pour sauce over the rice and use only the amount that you need. Keep the extra sauce for future use.
