Stuffed Lychee

  • 2 doz. fresh lychee shelled (can also use frozen)
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ginger (or can use chopped preserved ginger)
  • 1 to 2 tsp. of sake

Mix and stuff into pitted lychee. Powder with a little nutmeg if desired.
