Ritz Sauce

Mrs. M. L. Gallagher

• Rind and juice of 2 oranges
• Rind and juice of 1 lemon
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Beat eggs. Add sugar, rind and juice. Cook until thick – remove from heat. When cool, add 1/2 pint whipped cream.
