Ice Cream Jello

  • 3 pkgs. 6 oz. orange Jell-O
  • 4 c. hot water
  • 1 c. syrup from canned peaches
  • 2 cans (#2) sliced canned peaches
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Melt Jell-O with water. Add 1 cup of peach syrup. Add vanilla ice cream to hot Jell-O.

Put layer of peaches in bottom of serving dish and then pour Jell-O – ice cream mixture over the peaches. Place in the refrigerator and let set up for 1 hour before serving.
