Soy Sauce for Steak
- 1 quart bottle shoyu
- 1 small ginger root, finely grated
- 1 large garlic, grated
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 2½ oz bourbon
Mix all ingredients. Put in large pan and soak steak in mixture 1/2 hour on each side before broiling.
NOTE: You can bottle mixture and keep in refrigerator and re-use several times.
