Southland Champagne Punch

(27 servings – 3 oz. sizes)

  • 2 large bottles of California Champagne (chilled)
  • 1 large bottle of California Sauterne or other white dinner wine (chilled)
  • 1 cup California Brandy (chilled)
  • 1/2 (1 qt.) bottle sparkling water
  • 1 cup simple syrup (see below)
  • 1 qt. lightly sugared strawberries with stem

Combine chilled ingredients with simple syrup in punch bowl. Add a small block of ice, garnish with strawberries.

Simple Syrup – Combine 6 cups sugar with 2-2/3 cups water. Let stand at room temperature. Stirring occasionally, until dissolved. Use at room temperature.
