Weekend Lychee Cocktail

  • 2 Cans Seedless Lychee in Syrup
  • 1 Ea Bottle Grey Goose Vodka

1. Emulsify lychee and syrup in a blender. Strain and reserve the juice. Press the lychee solids to extract all the liquid.
2. Pour lychee liquid into a tall glass filled with ice until the juice is about half way.
3. Add vodka to taste and stir.
