Brussel Sprouts and Pork
- 1 lb. belly pork, cut in 1-inch pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pkgs. frozen Brussel sprouts
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp. flour
Boil pork, onion and salt and pepper, until pork is done. Add Brussel sprouts, boil for 6 more minutes. Mix flour with little water and thicken. Turn off flame.
