  • 24 won ton wrappers
  • 1 small bunch Chinese parsley

Filling:

  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup minced ham
  • 1/2 cup surimi
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1-1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp msg

Combine filling ingredients and mix well. Fill center of won ton wrappers with 1 Tbsp filling. Gather wrapper lightly around filling to flute edges, leaving the top open. Top each Sui Mai with a piece of Chinese parsley and place on Pam coated steamer. Steam 20 minutes.
