Shrimp Teriyaki Kabobs
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
For Each Kabob:
- 1 1/2 shrimp
- 1 strip bacon
- 1 mushroom
- 1 round onion, cubed
Combine ingredients for sauce. Wash and shell shrimp; cut down center and remove vein. Cut in half crosswise. Marinate shrimp and mushroom in sauce for 1/2 hour. To make kabobs: alternate shrimp with onion and mushroom. Weave bacon slice around them. Use toothpick to hold bacon. Place on cold broiler grill and broil 8 minutes on each side.
