Salad of Ampalaya Tips

• 1 pound Ampalaya Tips (Bitter Melon)
• 1 large tomato
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 tsp. salt

Wash tips and steam in pot without adding any water. Cool. Mash or break tomato with finger. Toss with lemon juice and salt.
