Roquefort Cheese Dressing

- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 2/3 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. Carnation cream
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 5 1/3 oz. Roquefort cheese (ground medium)
- Add garlic powder to vinegar.
- Chill all ingredients and the mixing bowl thoroughly before beginning to mix dressing.
- Place mayonnaise in chilled mixing bowl.
- Mix slowly, using electric beater; add oil very slowly through “drip can”.
- Add dry ingredients and mix.
- Continue mixing and add cream slowly through drip can.
- Add vinegar and lemon juice slowly, “drip can”.
- Add the cheese and mix until thoroughly blended.
