Rolled Egg

Mrs. S. Koide – Ohea

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ lb meat, pork or chicken (ground)
  • Flour
  • Butter or shortening

Add butter in pan and brown the onion and meat, season with pepper and salt. Sprinkle flour on top. Add salt and pepper to eggs and mix well. Fry the eggs in separate pan. When half done, add the browned ingredients on top of egg and roll it outward. Place the joined side under and fry more. When done, garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.

Add salt, ajinomoto and pepper to tomato sauce and pour over egg and serve.
