Rocky Road Delight

Crust:

Melt 2 blocks butter or margarine in saucepan, add 1/2 cup brown sugar and blend well. Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups flour; mix well. Press dough into 9x13x2-inch pan and bake in 350 degree oven 12-15 minutes or until brown. Let crust cool.

Filling:

  • 2 boxes chocolate fudge instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1-1/2-1-3/4 cups milk
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups imitation sour cream

Put pudding, milk, sugar and sour cream in a large bowl and mix till well-blended. Stir in marshmallows and walnuts. Pour into cooled crust and refrigerate.

Frosting:

Before serving, frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle about 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts over topping.
