Quick Company Cake

• 1 pkg yellow or spice cake mix
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
• 2/3 cup chopped nuts
• 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 3/4 tsp instant coffee

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 8x8x2-inch pans. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, reducing water by 2 Tbsp. Pour batter into prepared pans. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Bake 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done. Serve warm.

Yield: Each cake makes 9 servings
