Pumpkin Bread

- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. Mazola oil
- 3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
- 4 eggs
Beat eggs, add pumpkin, sugar, oil and water. Sift remaining ingredients. Combine all. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour and 10 minutes (approximately). Makes three conventional loaves.
