Pork and Fern

Mrs. Kimiko Sakai – Kurtistown

  • 1 lb pork
  • 1 can mushroom
  • ½ c shoyu
  • 4 c fern
  • 3 T sugar
  • ½ tsp ajinomoto

Slice and cook pork in covered pan. Add fern and mushroom water continue cooking over medium flame for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sugar, shoyu and mushroom and cook till vegetables are well seasoned. Add ajinomoto. Serves 6-7.
