Pineapple Lime Mold
- 2 3 oz. pkgs. lime Jello
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water and chill until cold.
- Cream evaporated milk and cottage cheese. Add to gelatin and mix well.
- Fold in crushed pineapple. (Do not use uncooked pineapple.)
- Pour into mold and chill for about 2 hours.
