Pie Crust

  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup shortening
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4-5 Tbsp ice water

Sift together dry ingredients; mix dry ingredients with shortening and butter; add ice water.

Yield: 2 8-inch pie crusts
