Pickled Cucumber

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Hawaiian salt
  • ½ tsp. monosodium glutamate

Cut cucumbers in fourths then into bite size. Put cucumbers into bowl, add sugar, vinegar, salt and monosodium glutamate. Mix them well. Put into jars and keep refrigerated.
