Peach Bar
Pan Size: 9×13-inch pan
Baking Time: 10 minutes; 35-40 minutes
Temperature: 350°
Crust:
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. butter
Filling:
- 1 large can peaches, (29 oz.), mashed and drained
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Cut the butter into the flour and sugar.
- Lay half of the mixture on the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch pan and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. (Press the mixture down firmly.)
- Mash the peaches and add the other ingredients to the peaches.
- Put the filling on top of the baked crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crust mixture on top of the filling.
- Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
