Pancakes #3

  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 5 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ cup salad oil

Mix all the dry ingredients and sift once. Add milk, eggs, and mix slightly, add oil and mix again. Don’t over mix.
