Orange Marmalade

Mrs. Shigeko Honma – Haina

• 1 c guava juice
• 1 orange rind, sliced
• 1 1/4 c sugar

Boil guava juice, add sugar and rind and cook vigorously till of right consistency. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
