Grape Marmalade

Use sour Hawaiian grapes.

Separate pulp and skins of well washed grapes. Boil pulp until soft and strain thru sieve to remove seeds. Combine with skin and measure. To each cup of pulp and skin mixture, add 1 cup of sugar. Boil till jelly sheets off spoon Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
