Okinawa Dango (Doughnuts)

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup milk

Mix dry ingredients together. Beat eggs slightly and add milk. Combine dry and liquid ingredients. Mix until blended. Shape into small balls. Deep fry.
