Mushrooms with Grated Daikon

  • 1 cup finely grated daikon
  • 1/2 teaspoon gourmet powder
  • 2 teaspoons shoyu
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 can regular or yaki matsutake (broiled mushrooms)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix grated daikon with gourmet powder, shoyu, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pour over shredded matsutake (shredded with fingers). Chopped green onions may be added.
