Mushrooms with Grated Daikon

- 1 cup finely grated daikon
- 1/2 teaspoon gourmet powder
- 2 teaspoons shoyu
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 can regular or yaki matsutake (broiled mushrooms)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix grated daikon with gourmet powder, shoyu, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pour over shredded matsutake (shredded with fingers). Chopped green onions may be added.
