Maui High Biscuits

  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. dry milk
  • 2-1/2 blocks butter
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1-1/4 c. water
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 5 drops yellow food coloring

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Cut in butter to small pea size. Combine water and food coloring, then stir into flour mixture just enough to moisten flour. Drop close together on greased pan with ice cream scoop. Bake at 425-degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Makes 18 biscuits.
