Mango Jello

Kathleen Ragual, Class of 1977

Stir until well mixed:

  • 3 small pkg lime gelatin
  • 3 pkg unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup tap water

Boil:

  • 1-1/3 cups sugar
  • 4 cups water

Add to gelatin mixture:

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cups chopped mangoes

Combine all ingredients and chill until firm in a 13×9-inch pan.
