Mango Jello
Kathleen Ragual, Class of 1977
Stir until well mixed:
- 3 small pkg lime gelatin
- 3 pkg unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup tap water
Boil:
- 1-1/3 cups sugar
- 4 cups water
Add to gelatin mixture:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 cups chopped mangoes
Combine all ingredients and chill until firm in a 13×9-inch pan.
