Mango Bread #2

- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. mango pulp
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. cooked raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Cream butter or margarine; add sugar and cream well. Add eggs one at a time beating well. Add vanilla and lemon extract. Sift dry ingredients and add to above alternately with mango pulp and milk. Add raisins and nuts. Bake in loaf pans at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes depending on size of loaf pan.
