Macadamia Nut Cookies

  • 2 1/2 blocks butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 2 1/2 c. macadamia nuts

Cream butter; add sugar, eggs, then flour, extract and nuts (coarsely chopped). Drop on greased pan and bake in oven 325 degrees F. until golden brown – 15 to 18 minutes.
