Lemon Bars

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten well
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix flour, powdered sugar and margarine until mixture clings together. Press into a 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Beat eggs, add sugar, lemon juice, flour and baking

powder. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees F. for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and let cool. Then cut into bars.
