Meringue Cookies
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- dash of salt
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and continue beating. Add cream of tartar, salt and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful onto brown paper. Bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees F.
