Macadamia Nut Balls

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2¼ cups sifted flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Cream butter. Add 1/3 cup sugar and cream thoroughly. Stir in vanilla. Blend in the sifted flour and salt. Add nuts; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on cooky sheet. Bake at 400 degrees 12 to 14 minutes. While hot, roll in remaining sugar.
