Lilikoi Kanten
- 2 sticks kanten
- 3 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. fresh lilikoi juice OR 1/2 c. fresh frozen lilikoi juice
- Cook kanten in water and sugar until it dissolves.
- Add juice just before turning off (or aroma of fruit will disappear.)
- Chill in greased 9x9x2-inch pan or 8x8x2 pan.
- Cut to desired pieces and serve.
