Lilikoi Kanten

  • 2 sticks kanten
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. fresh lilikoi juice OR 1/2 c. fresh frozen lilikoi juice
  1. Cook kanten in water and sugar until it dissolves.
  2. Add juice just before turning off (or aroma of fruit will disappear.)
  3. Chill in greased 9x9x2-inch pan or 8x8x2 pan.
  4. Cut to desired pieces and serve.
