Layered Manju
Pan Size: 9×13-inch pan
Baking Time: 40-45 minutes

- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 lb. butter (substitute 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine)
- 5 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. condensed milk
- 2-3 cans An
1. Beat egg and leave aside.
2. Cream butter.
3. Mix dry ingredients; add to butter alternating with milk.
4. Divide dough in half.
5. Spread half portion of dough into 9×13-inch pan.
6. Spread An over dough.
7. Spread remaining dough over an.
8. Brush egg on dough.
9. Bake at 375° for 40-45 minutes.
