Korean Sauce for Ogo

- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup shoyu
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ko choo jang (Korean hot sauce)
- Dash of Ajinomoto
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
Mix together and add to ogo (enough for 2 lb.).
