Konnyaku with Clams

  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) konnyaku
  • 1 can (6 oz.) seasoned clams (kogai ajitsuke), undrained
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce

Cut konnyaku in half lengthwise. Slice in 1/4 inch thickness. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
