Konbu and Daikon
- 1 package dried daikon
- ½ package dried seaweed (kiri konbu)
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 cup shoyu
- 1 cup sugar
Soak daikon and konbu until soft. Mix all the other ingredients and pour into the pan of daikon and konbu. Let it stand for a few hours before putting into jars.
