Kona Snax

  • 1 MIKO ALL BEEF SALAMI (1 lb.) cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb. MIKO FRANKFURTERS or MIKO CHILI FRANKS cut in 1-inch sections
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. grated orange rind
  • ¼ tsp. Allspice
  • 1 small knob fresh ginger, crushed

Combine all ingredients except meats in frying pan. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove ginger knob. Add meats and cook slowly until meat is heated through, stirring to glaze on all sides.
