Charlotte’s Chocolate Mint Dessert

  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 cup crushed Boston Mints
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • Chocolate wafer crumbs

Roll a package of “Favorite Chocolate” wafers into fine crumbs. Crush the mints very fine (these are the little striped kind about an inch long). Cover the bottom of a glass dish with wafer crumbs; spread on the mixture of whipped cream, crushed mints, and marshmallows; top with wafer crumbs. Chill a few hours.
