Kim Chee Ogo (Korean Style Seaweed)
- 1 lb. ogo
- ½ cup shoyu
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp. mirin
- ginger
- chili pepper
- garlic
Clean ogo, pour boiling water over ogo. Drain. Mix the seasonings and pour over ogo. May be bottled and kept in refrigerator.
