Italian Pork Chops

• 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup rose wine
• 6 pork loin chops, 1-inch thick (about 3 lbs)

In screw-top jar, combine Italian dressing mix, water and rose wine. Cover and shake vigorously to blend. Pour over chops in shallow dish. Marinate 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Drain chops, reserving marinade. Grill over medium-low coals about 15 minutes on each side, brushing occasionally with marinade.
