Hot Mocha Chocolate

  • 1/2 cup (3-oz) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2-1/2 cups milk
  • Whipped topping

Place chocolate pieces, coffee and boiling water in teapot. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. (Chocolate will not melt smoothly.) Add milk and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated (about 10 minutes). Serve with whipped topping.

Yield: 4 (6-oz) servings
