- 1 lb cucumber
- 1/2 lb salt salmon
- 1 onion
- 5 stalks green onion
- 2 tomatoes
Mix with:
- 1 tsp dry shrimp, chopped fine
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp sake
- 1 Tbsp dashi no moto
- Ajinomoto
Yield: 6-7 servings
