  • 1 lb cucumber
  • 1/2 lb salt salmon
  • 1 onion
  • 5 stalks green onion
  • 2 tomatoes

Mix with:

  • 1 tsp dry shrimp, chopped fine
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp sake
  • 1 Tbsp dashi no moto
  • Ajinomoto

Yield: 6-7 servings
