Habichuleas Guisado (Filipino Shrimp Beans)
- 1 lb. diced pork butt
- ½ lb. peeled fresh shrimp
- 2 lbs. frozen whole green beans
- 1½ cup Tomato Puree
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Saute pork, add tomato puree and paste, garlic, salt and pepper. Then simmer until pork is tender. Add beans, cover and cook lightly (be sure you don’t overcook beans.) Add shrimp cook until done.
