Bean Sprout Namasu

  • 1 lb. bean sprout
  • 1 can Hokkigai (clams)

Rinse bean sprout. Pour hot water over and drain.

Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. Japanese vinegar
  • ½ tsp. salt

Add this sauce over bean sprout and add the can of Hokkigai. 6 servings.
